Consultancy Services

The NGO School Foundation supports nonprofit organizations and municipal entities which promote and develop civic initiatives.

The NGO School Foundation provides:

• legal counseling in person for nonprofit entities on any issues related to the establishment, operations, reorganization of a nonprofit, as well as registration, taxation, labor relations, civil contracts, and reporting in a nonprofit organization;
• legal counseling for businesses on issues related to declaring charitable contributions and claiming tax deductions;
• counseling in person on nonprofit accounting;
• counseling in person on fundraising for representatives of nonprofit organizations, municipal (state) entities, initiative groups and individuals, on the topics including approaching grantmaking foundations, essentials of grant proposal writing, oral examination of grant proposals, private contributions system development, partnerships with private organizations (sponsors);
• counseling in person on fundraising for representatives of private organizations on the development of fundraising systems, as well as effective management of available resources, in order to implement corporate or social programs or participate as a partner in initiatives by other public charities.

The NGO School Foundation does NOT provide counseling services to representatives of socio-political and religious organizations, unless these organizations are providing long-term targeted social assistance to individuals in need.
